Flavored risotto mixes

Casa Rinaldi’s flavored risotto mixes combine superfine Italian Carnaroli rice with a series of aromas and a unique flavor, creating 20 minutes ready  risottos. Available flavors are: porcini mushrooms, saffron, truffle.

Our risotto preparations are perfect for last-minute gourmet dinners: all you have to do is toast the rice in extra virgin olive oil, preferably using Casa Rinaldi EVO, and add the broth until it is cooked.
