Alfredo sauces
Casa Rinaldi’s Alfredo sauces stand out for their creaminess and for the perfect balance of ingredients: cream, Roman pecorino and Parmigiano Reggiano.
It was two American Hollywood stars who tried the famous fettuccine Alfredo, in Rome, in 1900, and brought back with them a reinterpreted recipe by adding cream. Today the Fettuccine Alfredo are a great Italian-American classic. Casa Rinaldi’s sauce is a delicious variation with truffles and champignon mushrooms.
