Borettane onions preserved in balsamic vinegar of Modena. This variety of onion is widely used by the pickle industry.

The production process of the Borettane onions requires that they are blanched, salted and then placed in glass jars, obviously adding the PGI MBV certification. Our recipe gives the onions a soft and velvety sweet and sour taste.

Ingredients and allergens

Borettane onions, water, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 10% (wine vinegar*, concetrated grape must*, dye: E150d*), sunflower oil, sugar, salt, acidity regulator:citric acid. *Contains sulphites.
