Ciappe
Ciappe are a typical product of the Liguria region: they are crunchy bread sheets made from water, flour and oil, cooked on hot plates or in the oven. Their name derives from the stone slabs on which they were cooked in ancient times.
Casa Rinaldi has taken up the classic recipe by proposing it in different variations: in addition to the traditional extra virgin olive oil, we added black olives and rosemary.
Ciappe are perfect to accompany an appetizer or as a mid-day snack; they are also a perfect alternative to bread and add a touch of taste and crunchiness to many different dishes.
